These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DriveSouth booking platform at book.drivesouthbama.com and the services provided at our venue at 172 W Main St, Suite B, Prattville, AL. By creating an account, booking a reservation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Reservations are booked through our platform and may require payment at the time of booking. Prices are shown at checkout. Bay time, memberships, food and beverage, lessons, and events are subject to availability and the rates in effect at the time of purchase.
Cancellations require a phone call to (334) 301-4937. Refunds are not issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation. Outside that window, refunds or account credit may be issued in accordance with our policies. Memberships and their billing terms are described at the time of enrollment.
Guests must follow venue rules and staff instructions, including those related to safety, equipment use, and bay access. Access codes provided for entry are for your use only and may not be shared. We may refuse or revoke access for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from DriveSouth, including booking confirmations, tee-time reminders with bay access codes, reschedule and cancellation notices, and—where you separately opt in—promotional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further texts except confirmation of opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact (334) 301-4937. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Use of the venue and equipment is at your own risk. You agree to the liability waiver presented during booking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveSouth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
The DriveSouth name, logo, and platform content are our property and may not be used without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
