This Privacy Policy explains how DriveSouth ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the DriveSouth mobile app and booking services. DriveSouth is an indoor golf club located in Prattville, Alabama.

Information We Collect

• Account & contact information — your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or make a booking.
• Booking information — the bays, dates, times, and sessions you reserve, your membership status, and related notes.
• Payment information — when you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data directly under its own security and privacy practices.
• Device & push token — if you enable notifications, we store a device push token so we can send you booking confirmations, tee-time reminders, and door access codes.
• Usage & analytics data — basic information about how the app is used (such as screens viewed and feature usage) to help us improve the service.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account, bookings, and memberships.
• To process payments for sessions, memberships, and food & beverage.
• To send transactional notifications: booking confirmations, tee-time reminders, and door access codes.
• To send marketing communications (such as promotions and events), where you have not opted out.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app and our services.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the app:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications.
• Resend — sending transactional and marketing emails.
• Google Analytics — understanding app usage to improve the service.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to our messaging disclosure — when you book, create an account, or opt in at drivesouthbama.com/text — you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from DriveSouth about your bookings and account, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and customer-care replies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you have requested and to operate the service. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your Choices

• You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
• You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
